Requirement: Donor DNA and gRNA
Deliver us donor DNA and targeting sgRNA and sequence map(attach the file)

Requirement: Donor male mice
- Deliver us two transgenic live male mice over the age of 12 weeks without mating for more than a week.
- Please prepare male mice with healthy condition as the sperm condition is one of the key factors that can affect IVF results.
- Donor female mouse will be provided by us with 40 B6 WT mice of 4-weeks old. Microbial monitoring Results
- Please attach animal health monitoring results for 18months on the application form.
- If there are issues with the microbial monitoring results, animal import may be restricted. (ex) Pinworm, etc.
Microbial monitoring for Offspring and Foster Mother
- We will conduct microbial testing on one born offspring and one foster mother, confirm negativity, provide pups with the monitoring results.
- Estimated time: 3~4 weeks
- Depending on the monitoring schedule, the receiving date can be change.
Results
- Provide pups with minimum 50ea, maximum 60ea.
- We guarantee you at least 50pups per service.
- If the number of pups is less than 50, only 50% of the service cost will be charged.
- Estimated time: 6~7 weeks
- Depending on the experimental conditions, receiving date can be delayed.

Responsibility for Experimental Animals
- We do not take responsibility for experimental results using animals deemed that are unsuitable by the operator, and charges will still apply.
