How much plasmid do I need to send for packaging service?

What if there is not enough plasmid?
We can provide a service to amplify plasmid DNA from your small samples. We only need a small amount (1ug) of plasmid DNA or bacteria glycerol stocks.
How much amount of viruses are provided and will it be aliqouted?

| Lentivirus | We usually produce 50μl, aliquoted to 5 x 10 μl. If a higher titer is needed, we can concentrate the virus preparation more (at the expense of the volume). |
| AAV | We usually produce 100μl, aliquoted to 10 x 10 μl. If a higher titer is needed, we can adapt our purification protocol and concentrate the virus preparation more (at the expense of the volume). |

How long does the service take?
