Session: Inputs, Outputs, and Basic Usage
EVOLVEpro is a software tool that uses protein language models (PLMs) to suggest mutation candidates for protein engineering. This session is for users who want to start using EVOLVEpro in practice. We will explain what the program does, how its workflow is organized, how to prepare the input data, and how to read and use the output data. The goal is to help participants understand the basic workflow and the role of the input and output data in EVOLVEpro.
