Our team develops programmable DNA editing tools for targeted genome modification in plants, animals, and human cells, including human pluripotent stem cells. Over the past ten years, we have developed novel and efficient genome engineering tools in the field of Zinc Finger Nucleases (ZFNs), Transcriptional Activator-Like Effector Nucleases (TALENs), CRISPR/Cas-based nuclease, and base editors that present a precise level of target DNA manipulation. These strategies have been widely recognized and utilized in areas such as biology, biotechnology, and molecular medicine. We will continue to put our team’s efforts and passion into advancing genome editing technologies.
