CGE is open to collaborations with individual researchers, institutions, and industrial partners seeking or offering subject matter expertise for projects aligning with our research goals. This includes the development or application of organismal modelling in mice, fish, and plant species, as well as high-throughput drug screening with high-end imaging capabilities. Our work also covers structural biology, encompassing protein design and 3D structure. Additionally, we house a dedicated bioinformatics team with extensive experience in sequencing, single-cell and spatial omics analysis, along with tool creation to parse biological data.
