Neuroscientific and glioscientific approaches to cognition, emotion, sociality, and various brain diseases

1. Social neuroscience group: Study of cognition, emotion and sociality
2. Brain imaging and control group: Development of brain imaging and control techniques applicable at molecular, cellular, circuit, and system levels
3. Cognitive glioscience group: Glia-focused investigation on cognitive functions, diagnostic tools and therapeutic strategy in brain diseases.
4. Synaptic plasticity research group: Research and analysis of molecular mechanisms occurring at synapses / Visualisation of synaptic changes according to specific memories such as fear memory, motor learning, and reward (compensatory) learning.
5. Neural circuit activity and cognitive function group: Establishment of synapse-based behavioural experiment method that combines mouse cognitive function model and optogenetics
