Webex URL: https://skku-ict.webex.com/meet/tonghyo Abstract: KoBRA (KOrea Broad acceptance Recoil spectrometer and Apparatus), a multi-purpose experimental instrument, is designed for the various studies in low energy nuclear physics (few MeV/u ~ few tens of MeV/u). In the early stage of KoBRA, RI beams can be produced by using stable beams delivered from SCL (Superconducting Linear Accelerator) at RAON. Therefore, a LISE++ file for the RI beam production simulation at KoBRA is prepared for potential users to design their own experiments. As an example, 18Ne beam production was simulated by using KoBRA LISE++ in order to design the (d,p) reaction measurement for nuclear astrophysics study. A guide for simulating RI beam production and a step-by-step instruction for the experimental design of (d,p) reaction measurement at KoBRA will be presented. |
