CENS, as one of the hiring research centers, is open for both experimental and theoretical nuclear physicists. Please note the general eligibility conditions given in the above link.
The number of openings is "0" on paper, but it is to indicate that IBS is not obligated to offer a YSF position in each research center.
The deadline for the first round of applications is June 30. The full selection process will last up to Oct. 31, and successful candidates must begin their YSF research in 2022.
