Gene Therapy Team
Our research interest is in the development of RNA-guided endonuclease (RGEN) technology for gene repair and disease modeling in various genetic diseases working toward a clinical trial. We have been developing RGEN drugs that bind to target sequences of genome and correct disease causing mutation. Such RGEN mediated therapeutic application has great potential in the gene therapy field.
