To explore new physics phenomena of low dimensional materials
with a special emphasis on two-dimensional layered structures
We welcome Ganghee Han as a research professor (Group 1) at CINAP IBS. He joined CINAP as of Feb. 17, 2014.Research field of Ganghee Han is mainly synthesis (growth) of 2D nano-materials such as graphene, hexagonal boron nitride and transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) which could be building blocks for future electronics.
We welcome Ki-Ho Lee as a research professor (Group 5) at CINAP IBS. He joined CINAP as of Mar. 1, 2014.
Dr. Ki-Ho Lee has been computationally studied the electric and photonic properties of various organic molecules. He is presently interested in the computational modeling and theoretical analysis to study the solid state properties of 1-D and 2-D nanostructures with Density Functional Theory calculations and Molecular Dynamics simulations.
