이벤트 1. 시민천문대 주관측실에서 금성관측 (기간: 4월 말부터 금성의 내합이 있는 6월까지)

화성, 달, 및 밝은 별들의 관측이 보조관측실에서 이루어집니다.

Event 1. Watch Venus using the main telescope of the Daejeon Civil Observatory From the end of April to June (the greatest elongation).

Other objects will also be available on additional telescopes.

Event 2. First Public seminar at the Observatory in Korean on 30th April 19:30 (Dr. Yeon Joo Lee)

This event is a part of the Star Festival in Daejeon (28-30 April) for elementary school students.

이벤트 3. IBS직원 대상, 금성관측 영문 가이드 투어 (Jose Silva 박사, 5월 17일 19:30)
※ 참가자 인원 최대 25명으로 제한

The seminar will last approximately 30 min, followed by either the planetarium show at 20:00 or directly to telescope observations.

이벤트 4. 대전시민천문대 두번째 대중 세미나 (연사 : 이연주 박사, 6월 초순 예정)

Event 4. Public seminar 2 at the Observatory in the beginning of June in Korean (Dr. Yeon Joo Lee)

All telescope observations are subject to appropriate weather conditions. Even though we predict the forecast to be favorable for observations, there is a possibility that observations become impossible during the event due to cloud coverage.
